Spa Etiquette


Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in. Should you arrive late please understand that we can not extend your time in order that our next guest will not be inconvenienced. All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card at time of booking.


Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your reservation please provide 24 hours notification. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full service fee. Cancellations for group bookings require four days notice.

VIP Suite Packages

Please respect time allotted for spa packages that include the use of the VIP suite.

Spa Attire

You will receive a robe and sandals to wear while visiting the spa and access to a locker for your personal belongings. Please leave your valuables and jewellery at home or in the locker provided. Esthetica Salon and Spa will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Undergarments may be worn during treatments if you prefer however our technicians are highly trained and will ensure that you are properly draped for your complete comfort and privacy.

Spa Environment

Our mission is to provide a relaxing and tranquil experience for all of our clients. As a courtesy to other clients please ensure that mobile phones are turned off and maintain quiet conversations.

Special Needs

Please express any discomfort or special needs with your therapist during your treatment.

Health & Safety Protocols

Our health and safety protocols are unprecedented in the industry. Esthetica uses medical grade sterilization practices, which includes the use of Prestige medical autoclaves. Jetted pedicure tubs are sterilized and sanitized after every use. Pedicure and manicure implements are sterilized after every service.

We take infection control seriously. Today, more than ever, when you go to the spa you need to know that your therapist is well educated and trained in all aspects of infection and disease control. Why? Because not all spas are alike and improper sterilization may lead to infection from spa services. For this reason the implements and instruments used at Esthetica Salon and Spa are subjected to surgical grade sterilization after each and every use. This cleaning process is done by our trained spa therapists using an M9 Ultraclave Automatic Sterilizer that uses steam and heat (132 C) to kill viruses, bacteria, spores, fungi and more. This stertilizer is most frequently used by the medical profession in surgical suites, so we know the highest level of sterilization is achieved to protect the health and safety of both our guests and our employees.

Tipping Policy

Our salon policy is no tipping. Like your doctor, lawyer, dentist, Esthetica technicians are professionals. In lieu of a gratuity we invite you to share your exceptional experience with your friends and family.

Why we have a NO TIPPING Policy

At Esthetica, we say "No thank you". We are professionals and - like your nurse, doctor or lawyer - we are happy to do our best without extra gratuities.Over the years our customer feedback continues to applaud this policy and reward us with ongoing loyalty and support. They love that our prices are "all-in" without extra consideration for a tip. Further, our guests love giving and receiving Esthetica Salon and Spa gift certificates because they know their gift does not require additional cost in the form of a tip.
